Award-winning Author, Jennifer E. Tirrell, is a kinship-adopted orphan who grew up to become a devoted stay-at-home mother. Her writing often includes the natural beauty around her. She uses creation, and the Word of God, to point both adults and children to the Creator. Her stories are shaped by faith, confirmed by history, and centered on Truth. With boldness and vulnerability, she invites you to merge your roots, purpose, and blessings–and live all-in.

Her Children’s Picture Book, Little Sprout says Yes! is based on a real one-horned goat who finds his family – Ephesians 1:5, Adoption through Christ.

Her poignant time-split novel, Jane’s Secret, made its debut on June 2, 2026, with Ambassador International. Pets to the Rescue, A Cousin Crew Series! Apple Butter Adventure is a co-authored mystery for elementary school children that focuses on improved literacy, prayer, and family values. Endorsed and highly recommended by Dr. Gary Chapman, author of The 5 Love Languages of Children. Book Two, America’s Birthday Hero, is a finalist in both the Golden Scroll and the Christian Market Book Awards.

Jennifer has partnered with seven local authors to organize and develop an anthology. Carolina Tides features seven short stories set in the coastal Carolinas. 100% of the proceeds will benefit women’s shelters in Brunswick County, NC, and Horry County, SC.

She is a contributing writer to Focus on the Family, Arise Daily Devotions, Guideposts and more.

Jennifer is the President of Word Weavers Coastal Carolinas, volunteers as a Women’s Bible Study and AWANA leader, and assists at her daughter’s discipleship and therapeutic riding facility.

When Jennifer is not writing, there is a good chance she is taking a walk or baking cookies. She is thrilled to have received her crown of white hair and six dear grandchildren to go with it—so far!
